Chat live online with our expert staff and find answers to your questions.

We are an information service for British Columbians provided by public libraries from throughout the province.

The service is a live, chat-based information service that offers immediate, interactive, and knowledgeable help on-line.

Using chat, our staff provide research guidance and help with navigating the Internet, your library's catalogue, and other online resources. If you provide an email address after the end of your session, a transcript will be delivered to your email account.

The new service was announced October 17, 2006 by Education Minister Shirley Bond and Advanced Education Minister Murray Coell at the Libraries in Dialogue with Government conference.  Read about the launch here.
